Cancellation Policy

Our  cancellation policy allows you to cancel your bookings 24 hours prior to your date of stay (unless otherwise stated). If your reservation is not cancelled in accordance with this policy, you will incur a charge, equivalent to your first nights’ tariff.

Cancellations for Peak Periods (as deemed peak by the property and subject to change without notice) must be made 72 hours prior to your stay. Staff will be able to inform you of peak period stay at time of making reservation. Again, failure to cancel in accordance with this policy will incur a charge, the minimum equivalent to your first nights’ accommodation.

Please note that booking direct with the property is always best practice and recommended at all times.

At check-in guest will be asked for a valid credit card, photo-id and payment. A bond may apply over some peak periods.
